ABIT Wins OCWorkbench's Reader's Choice
Performance mobo maker wins 5 awards from OCW readers

January 20, 2005 – Every year, hardware website OCWorkbench asks its readers for their opinions on the hottest hardware releases of the year. This year, ABIT is proud to announce that OCW readers have chosen ABIT for 5 separate awards!

ABIT's Intel boards are famous for both performance and stability while overclocking. This year, the IC7-MAX3 won the Gold Award for Best Overclocking Intel Mainboard of 2004. The Fatal1ty Hardware Series is already beginning to make waves among the hardware community, as OCW readers also saw it fit to bestow the Intel 925XE-based Fatal1ty AA8XE the Bronze Award for Best Innovative Product.

On the AMD side, ABIT's AN7 managed to take the Bronze Award for Best Overclocking AMD Mainboard. For outstanding value, the AV8 took the Bronze Award for Best Cost/Performance AMD Mainboard.

Finally, OCW readers bestowed the Silver Award to ABIT in the Most Popular Mainboard Manufacturer category.
